VERY EFFECTIVE AND YET GENTLE RELIEF
I'm a grandmother and have tried about everything on the market for that annoying occasional constipation (yep, I said that word). It seemed like anything I took would have me running for the ladies room at the most inconvenient times AND the pain was horrible.
