Comfortable and Chic

These weights are perfect if you have smaller or larger wrists and ankles, or if you prefer your ankle/wrist weights more snug. They are very comfortable, easy to adjust to your preferred tightness, and look very chic compared to standard ankle and arm weights. The weight is still there but it looks like a chic accessory instead of like you've been caught mid workout, making it perfect if you like to add weights for daily activities like cleaning or shopping.
