Tom’s of Maine Whole Care Natural Toothpaste with Fluoride, Peppermint, 4.0 Oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing that struck me was the bright vibrant colors of both the box and inner tube of toothpaste. The bright turquoise with the contrasting purple really caught my eye. I liked that Tom's was in bold so I knew exactly what brand to get, and I liked the purple with the bold capital letters of whole care Stating that the benefits of this toothpaste were multi fold. I expect that my toothpaste will help me in my fight against any kind of decay as well as remove plaque and tartar for my teeth. The extra benefits in this particular variety was that it whitens teeth and actually strengthens enamel by re-mineralization. As a heavy coffee drinker I am always dealing with superficial stains and as I am unable to brush after each meal the idea of strengthening and rebuilding my enamel was very appealing to me. I really like the idea that the inner tube of toothpaste packaging is fully recyclable. Of course the reason I have always turned to terms of mean is that they never test on animals and this particular product was both gluten-free and vegan. The most striking feature of this toothpaste that really won me over however was the fact that the peppermint flavor tasted so authentic and unlike the artificially minty flavors of other toothpastes. I would say that while brushing it felt like I either had fresh mint or a mint essential oil naturally cleansing my mouth and freshening my breath. The scent was equally authentic and I loved this. I would definitely not hesitate to buy this product again I am glad that it is all natural and also contains fluoride. I am sure this helps with the re-mineralization of the enamel which is exceedingly important to me. I highly recommend this brand in general and this toothpaste in particular.
