Pretty decent, great for Halloween.

This is a decent hat, not super high quality but not too bad. It's a bit too small for me so I'm guessing it's like 7-1/2 size or so. It's not lined or anything but it does have wire in the brim so you can shape it somewhat. If you're usjng it for a Halloween costume you should be pretty happy with it.
