Heybike Electric Bike for Adults, 500W City Cruiser Ebike with 36V 13AH Built-in Battery, 26" Step-thru Electric Commuter Bike for Woman, Front Suspension, 7-Speed Bicycles UL2849

I have been very pleased with t bike. It's a very good Ebike for beginners. I am 6'2" and I was able to make adjustments so I could ride comfortably. The pedal assist is plenty fast especially for senior adults to ride. My only complaint is the assembly instructions, and not enough details or instructions to operate the bike. That being said it's very easy to learn and pretty intuitive. This bike did not disappoint!

The bike was very well packed with many cushioning pieces of foam and plastic straps. It was difficult to get it out of the box, but once it was out, the assembly went fairly smoothly. It was made more challenging because there was no install manual in the box. I was able to obtain an electronic copy from the Heybike web sight and locate videos on line. During the assembly I noticed one screw missing form the control panel bracket. After several attempts, Heybike responded to my emails, but told me they could not send me the screw, but they told me what to buy as a replacement. So, the bike went together fairly well, it operates as intended and my daughter likes it. However, the fact that I still do not have an official install/operating manual, and the missing hardware is hard to find makes the experience a little less satisfying.
