reply from QUEENLINK

Hello Jacob! We are sorry for any misunderstanding and inconvenience regarding the size of your whiteboard. Our whiteboard is a foldable mobile model with a collapsible frame design. The actual writing surface size is 48" x 36" (4' x 3'), exactly as advertised. If measured while folded, it may appear smaller (such as 42" x 26"). We suggest you unfold the whiteboard completely to check the actual size. If the product still does not meet your needs, please don’t worry. You may apply for a return and refund at any time, as this is the after-sales service we provide to every customer. If you need any assistance with the return process, please feel free to let us know. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards.
