Great buy

I am very impressed with this frying pan. It is cast iron but not terribly heavy as one would expect. It is already and ready to go. You can use this in the oven as well and it makes great pineapple upside down cake. The uses are endless and it is durable. This came with a lid which is beyond handy. No grease splatter when frying potatoes. The size if great for large cooking projects and the lid allows you to slow cook when needed.

Cast-iron skillet

So very happy with this skillet it was preseasoned and then I preseasoned it again. It works wonderful. I’ve never had a cast-iron skillet and I simply love this. The first time I used it. I made cornbread and it was delicious and I didn’t have any problems with it for cleaning I just wiped it out. It was this was a good price right quickly. I really like it. I recommend it and the company utopia always has good stuff I’ve dealt with them before and I’ve always been happy.
