Review of; sicmoss Women's BLUE COTTON Vintage OVERSIZED Embroidered Denim Jacket Boho Loose Fit, Button Down Casual: I looked forward to this for the embroidered denim design, but things weren't all it seemed.. Very loose and oversized. I saw that it's described as OVERSIZED so I did SIZE DOWN 1 from my own regular Lrg. size, worn for roominess- when I'm actually a true medium in a tight fitting top. Even so, this in Medium size is very wide on me in the body. It's hitting at about 4 inches below the waist. If you need extra space across the midriff I'd say it'd work for you most likely, though not advertised under Plus size it really could be. It's cute in design and the antique gold embroidery (not shiny gold but there is a sheen to it), sun - moon - stars is done well, though I'm careful about heat here too, expecting cotton embroider threads -which can snap in hot water or dryer). Note: The jacket is different from the picture in the upper 1/4 of the fabric above the chest pockets where there's no seam change but there is a color change, going from blue to quite faded blue, and over both elbows too, and it's obvious... though I'm not sure of the point design wise, unless thats their 'vintage' interpretation -so I think it's error in fabric dye, I don't know. It's not shown online! The jacket is fairly warm '-ish' though boxy fit isnt, and so it's a Fall in Texas kind of weight, not winter, which is typical for denim, though real denim can be pretty good insulation . It's a 90 -cotton 10- poly fabric and the 1 washing I've done in warm water has so far not changed the fit. I'd try hot to see if I could shrink the loose body, but fearful I'd see shorter sleeves and hemline too. I would not size down to a Small for the same reasons, so keep all this in mind when you're looking at measurements, they don't always match or make sense and this is probably 1 of those. It'd be a good price minus all the errors. 3 stars because Extra wide fit, fit is off, lightweight, bad fabric fade 3 places.
