I liked these slippers because in the summertime I definitely wanted something to wear to wear my toes weren't covered so I wasn't as hot it is what I was thinking and I really think that they are going to work in that respect. These are definitely slippers that you can wear indoor and outdoor because they are so hard on the bottom, but because of that they are not slippers that are super comfortable like your normal bedroom slippers that you want to slip on and wear with your pajamas. They are still nice, though, and definitely give you support. They're pretty. They feel kind of like corduroy pants do. I like the color, and yes, I took a picture with the socks on because it is not time to get a pedicure where I live, lol. It is cold, so I was not going to take a picture with bare feet. I wanted to show how they fit since I am an eight and a half, and I bought a size 9, and they fit just right for me. They are definitely not for people with wide feet because they are very tight when you put them on, or I would go a size up if you have wider feet. Maybe there is a way you can loosen up the middle part, and I just haven't figured it out yet.
