This is definitely hospital quality and is much better than the oxygen concentrator the hospital provided me with from a private company after I had suffered a respiratory failure and ended up in the hospital for 5 days. My co-payment for the concentrator the hospital sent to my home was $175.00 per month, and the Ziqing I bought through Walmart was $250.00 so I am really happy. This is also a lot quieter and it's easy to sleep with it on and running. The other advantage to it is there is no prescription required to buy it, like there would be if Ziqing, which is headquartered in Arizona, were an American company.

This product works very well. You only have to remember that it has to be turned on for 30 minutes before you can use it. Then it works better than most. The fact that it has a built-in nebulizer, and humidifier is a real plus.
