Buyer Beware

Bike arrived defective and missing accessories that appear in the video. It only went 16 mph and had a range of 4 miles. I asked for a return label on 9/28 and they said they would give me a new battery and a $20 refund, the next day they said a new battery and a $50 refund, the next day they said it would take awhile to generate the return label but they're going to charge me a 20% restock fee since the bike cannot be sold as new even though it's defective and it's no fault of mine . On that Friday 10/2 Walmart issued me a refund without a return required. The bike did arrive in 4 days and appeared to be brand new. It takes about 15 minutes to put together. You don't really need instructions if you're familiar with bikes in the slightest.
