This bread mixer is making my life so much easier! It is so simple to use. I was worried I'd mess it up the first time because I assumed there would be a bit of a learning curve. To be honest, you can't mess it up. It is fool proof. I was impatient so I didn't read the instructions and I threw all of the ingredients in the bowl, set it to 15 minutes and somehow my bread dough came out perfect! I turned the ferment function on after that before finally putting it in the bread pan. It made the best tasting loaf of bread! It's worth noting that the ferment function raised my dough much faster than normal. I originally set it to ferment for two hours because that's how long it takes on my counter, but only half the time was needed. It comes with a measuring cup and spoon, an egg yolk separator and the cutest little ravioli press. I can't wait to try the ravioli thing! So far I've only made bread but this will easily work for any kind of dough. I no longer have to knead dough by hand and it saves me a lot of time. Overall I'm very happy with this dough machine!
