Warranty coverage: the movement is damaged and the timekeeping is inaccurate; the watch case has cracks before using; the watch band's clasp couldn't closed; the watch glass lens has cracks or fogging during normal use. Warranty excluded: damage from improper used, error operation, or self-disassemblly of the watch; damage caused by an accident, like collisions, drops, crushing; damage from exposure to chemicals (e.g.,corrosive liquids,cleaners), high temperatures, or high humidity; normal wear and tear, such as minor damage on watch band and minor scratches on the glass lens caused by daily used. If your watch has a warranted issue, contact BERNY at info@bernywatch.com, we'll provide free replacement, if repair costs are too high, we'll replace it with a new one of the same or similar value based on the situation. If the watch has a serious quality issue shortly after purchase that can't be resolved through repair or replacement, you can apply for a refund. We'll refund according to the purchase amount and the watch's condition.
