Zoopower 16 inch King Size Mattress, Medium Firm Cooling King Hybrid Mattress in a Box with Gel Memory Foam, Pocket Spring, Edge Support, for Back Pain

Unboxed this about a week ago and let it expand for about two days before sleeping on it. It fluffed up to the full 12 inches pretty quickly, and there was barely any off-gassing smell. Firmness is a solid 7/10—definitely a true medium-firm. It has good pushback from the coils so your hips don't sink down too far, but the top layer still takes the pressure off your shoulders and lower back. My partner tosses and turns constantly, and I barely feel the bed move. It also sleeps relatively cool compared to our older memory foam mattress that used to trap heat. The edge support could be slightly stiffer when sitting directly on the corner, but overall, it feels durable, looks sharp, and gave me zero morning back stiffness. Great value for the money.

I was terrified to order this mattress after reading the negative reviews (bed bugs, stains, never receiving, never getting refund, etc). Negative reviews are often more honest than the paid positive ones. After weeks of research and reviews, I decided to order this mattress. It arrived early. Positive. One end of the box had been retaped which gave me pause. I lugged the box to the bedroom, put it on the bed frame, extracted the mattress and rolled it out flat on the bed. Once slicing through the inner packaging (they give you a handy dandy slicer for the job), the mattress inflated completely within seconds. I used my fluorescent light to shine across the entire mattress looking for stains or bed bugs. NONE I vacuumed the mattress since there was a caution note in the mattress that dust may be present. DONE After all of my stressing, I will say that I am very pleased with my purchase! Brand New, clean and fancy to look at (I got the black one). I will say that I believe it said medium firm? it is a bit more medium than firm but that works seeing I have a manually adjustable bed. It works well for that. It does not, as others have stated, have sides that are stable, but most mattresses of this kind dont. For me? being a short person? sitting on the edge and letting it lower me down to the floor is a plus :) My final word is.....for the price, this is a super duper mattress. Really nice feel and cushy. I would definitely purchase again!
