Hello penny! Thank you for your honest feedback. 1. We’d like to clarify that our product listing clearly states this AI sticker printer is only compatible with 2.4GHz Wi‑Fi networks, and this requirement is fully documented in the product description and setup guide. 2. For Spectrum users with a combined 2.4G/5G network: After activating the temporary 2.4GHz smart device access in your MySpectrum app, please reboot both the printer and your mobile phone fully, pair the printer via Bluetooth first in the app, then complete the Wi‑Fi setup. This proper connection sequence resolves most pairing issues with merged-band routers. 3. We kindly recommend reviewing product specifications and compatibility details carefully before selecting items through Walmart’s free product review program, to ensure the product matches your home network environment and avoid unnecessary inconvenience. We appreciate your input, and we are continuously working to improve our product functionality, app performance and network compatibility.
