We were truly impressed by the performance of this vacuum. We've named it “Rosie the Robot” 🤖 😁(which you'll only understand if you're a baby boomer or Gen X like us). We recently had laminate floors installed throughout the house and it didn't take long to realize how much work mopping the entire house can be. But the C28 vacuums and mops the entire place for us and does a wonderful job at it. It does help to tie up the curtains so they don't hang on the floor otherwise it will go around and won't clean under them. It does well at avoiding obstacles but sometimes needs to bump into things in order to know it's there. But the stand out feature is the mop. The floors are spotless!! And even dries quickly since it doesn't use a lot of water and chemical. We also like the scent of the cleaning solution that Eufy makes. The C28 is extremely convenient, when we're away from home we can schedule it to clean for us and it's done when we return. We love it!
