Versatile Tones With Dual Single-Coil Pickups

The MB JB bass features two single-coil pickups that provide a wide tonal range. Blend the pickups to move from articulate highs to punchy midrange response, making the instrument suitable for a variety of musical styles. The pickups deliver clarity and definition for fingerstyle playing, while also responding well to more aggressive techniques. With simple volume controls and a master tone knob, dialing in your sound is quick and intuitive.

Slim, Tapered Neck for Comfortable Playability

The MB JB bass includes a slim, tapered neck profile designed for smooth, comfortable playability. The narrower nut width makes fretting easier, while the gradual taper supports comfortable movement up the neck. This ergonomic design helps reduce fatigue during longer practice sessions or performances. Combined with the familiar feel of a long-scale bass, the neck supports fast runs, steady grooves and consistent control across the fingerboard.

Offset Body for Balance and Accessibility

The MB JB bass features an offset body shape designed for comfort and balance. The double-cutaway design provides access to higher frets, while the contoured edges improve playing comfort. This thoughtful body design helps keep the instrument balanced whether seated or standing. Lightweight construction further supports extended playing sessions, making the MB JB a practical option for rehearsals, recording and live performance.
