yes this does help my bad knee. it still hurts but not as much when using this so I call that a win. it is very comfortable and seems to be good quality.

Helps!

I've been using this knee strap for a little while now, and it seems to be helping so far! The small ball built into the inside of the strap is great—it puts a nice, targeted pressure right where I need it and really helps relieve my knee pain. It feels secure, comfortable, and makes moving around a lot easier. Definitely worth trying if you need some extra support!

too small

not happy with this item. didn't fit me but my gson has a knee injury so I had him try it. very uncomfortable such that he won't even wear it. for me it was a waste of money. other than that it's extremely well made, seems durable.
