MoonTrek Cast Iron Reversible Grill and Griddle Pan, 20" x 10"

This cast iron griddle comes with red silicone finger handles and a silicone butter/ seasoning brush. The cast iron is quite heavy, feels very well made. I use my lodge cast irons nearly everyday and have used them for years and years. This feels durable and like good quality. The cast iron is easy to wash for the first time. The seasoning is done well on the griddle/flat side. The silicone handles do get hot so I would recommend using another layer when picking up the hot griddle. The brush is easy to use and works well. It's on the smaller side. For $50, I think it's quite comparable to Lodge cast iron as it's a good size. It's good for a few pancakes and eggs on one side and hotdogs/meats on the other, even grilling vegetables like corn. It isn't large enough for large amounts of food but adequate for 4 family members.
