High Density EVA Foam Roller Deep Tissue Muscle Massage Tool For Yoga Pilates Stretching Beige

Firm but comfortable, perfect for my workouts

The rating is based on the look of the product because I couldn't use it yet since I had a recent surgery , so by next month I could start exercising. But the looks of it I think it'll be a good one . The last one I bought from Amazon was too hard and this one is firm but I think won't be too hard . And since the height of it is fits my needs I may just wrap a towel around it when I go to use it for my abs because I will need to place it under my lower back . We'll see I'll update again
