VILTROX 26mm f/2.8 EVO Pancake Lens | Sony E Mount, Compact Ultra-Thin Design, Wide Angle

The VILTROX AF 26mm F2.8 EVO is the pancake lens that gives you everything you actually want. At just 23.8mm thick and 130g light, it disappears into any pocket-yet it still manages to include both a dedicated aperture ring with satisfying click stops and a smooth focus ring. The optical design features 6 groups and 8 elements with 2 aspherical and 1 high-refractive index lenses, delivering sharp, detailed images from corner to corner. While the gear-type STM motor delivers reliable, responsive autofocus suited for everyday shooting. The 26mm focal length offers a natural, familiar perspective that works beautifully across street photography, travel scenes, and everyday life-wide enough to tell the story, composed enough to keep it grounded. Get close with a 0.2m minimum focusing distance and 0.2x magnification, unlocking creative close-ups of food, products, and fine details with beautiful background blur. The magnetic lens cap snaps on securely with a soft inner lining that protects your glass, the included hood doubles as a 43mm filter mount, and the USB-C port keeps firmware updates simple. A sealing ring at the mount and a water-repellent front coating offer extra protection when you're out shooting. This is the pancake lens that delivers on portability, control, and image quality-the everyday choice for any photographer.
