I have another goose down comforter that I've always really loved and thought was amazing. But then I bought this one for the guest bedroom and I'm convinced that I am going to have to purchase another one to replace my current goose down comforter. It is so much heavier, thicker, puffer, and cozy than the one that I use. I suppose it has to do with the grams and weight of the down, but I know now that I really like the heavier down comforter. The stitching is very meticulous and you can tell by looking at the edges and the baffle boxes that it is high-quality. There are no loose threads and there are loops at all four corners as well as in the middle of each of the four edges so that you can secure it to your duvet cover in eight different places rather than four. The shell of this comforter is also very nice and high-quality. I put it in the dryer on ultra low heat for 20 minutes and it puffed right up even though it was vacuum packed into a tight rectangle when it arrived. If you want a good quality, goose down comforter, that is nice and heavy and cozy at a reasonable price. This is definitely the right one for you.
