I love this blanket! There are 10 heat settings and a timer of up to 8 hours. Just enough for a workday. It's a great enough size that it will cover my whole body but not too large that it was cumbersome! My last one was super large and it actually broke because I kept running over the cable and the blanket. This is the perfect size!! Get this if you get cold at your desk like I do. Love how soft it is against the skin!

I like the feel of this throw, it is a cozy fuzzy thing without being too thick for my taste and it will make a great under the desk on the floor foot warmer for our cold season without the foot positioning restrictions that come with a heating pad or foot massager/heater or the off and on too cold too hot and electricity gobbling of my space heater. Warms up in a slow fashion and tops out at a lower heat than some old timey electric blankets and heating pads but the risk of burning someone sleeping or with nerve damage is not a thing with this throw. The manually set shutoff timer works and after finding my mother's heating pads and blankets forgotten and left running for a week or more at a time the 8 hour maximum runtime until automatic shut down is an attractive power saving and safety feature. It has automatic fault codes to aid troubleshooting. CON: there is no dimming of the control panel and it is somewhat bright in the dark. Big slap down rant about the owner's manual, I'm so tired of unreadable "manuals". This unfortunately has a defective owner's manual in that the instructions are illegible due to using a tiny font size (see photos), I had to use a magnifying glass to read them, there is plenty of room on the pages for a readable font size but they chose to go with micro sized letters. The actual instructions are mostly clear and complete enough but be aware of nonsense word choices like "OPEN" instead of turn on or power on and "Do not open the product until it is assembled" and is maybe machine washable although whether "Put in and soak" into the washing machine followed by "slow mixing and kneading" is directing you to wash by hand in the washing machine or trying to say use the gentle/delicate cycle is left up to your imagination.
