Key item features

  • BUILT TO PROGRESS WITH YOU: Choose from 15 hydraulic resistance levels ranging from 30 to 440 lb. Start at a comfortable challenge, build strength at your own pace, and increase resistance as you progress—one chest expander designed to support lighter sessions through more demanding workouts.
  • ADJUST THE FIT. CHANGE THE LEVERAGE: Sliding arms adjust to accommodate different arm spans while also changing the effort required during exercise. Extend the arms for less effort or shorten them for more challenge, giving you another way to fine-tune each chest and arm workout.
  • MORE TRAINING. LESS EQUIPMENT:Go beyond a traditional twister arm trainer with one versatile system for chest, arms, shoulders and back, then attach the included rollers to add core training. Get more ways to work out without filling your home with bulky fitness equipment.
  • SMOOTH, CONTROLLED HYDRAULIC RESISTANCE:The hydraulic system delivers steady resistance throughout each movement for smooth, controlled reps. Adjust the intensity to match your training level and focus on consistent form during chest, arm and upper-body strength exercises.
  • TRAIN. PACK. STORE: The complete kit includes detachable ab rollers, a knee pad and drawstring carry bag to keep your workout gear together. The compact setup is easy to organize after training and convenient for home gyms, apartments, small workout spaces and portable fitness routines.
  • EAST MOUNT — BUILT FOR STRENGTH:  For over a decade, EAST MOUNT has focused on designing strength training equipment for effective, versatile workouts. Compact three in one chest expander

This 3-in-1 chest expander is a fantastic, compact piece of home fitness equipment for anyone looking to add versatile resistance training to their routine without bulky weights. It's affordable, portable and powerful. Its multifunctional design combines a traditional chest expander, pull-up assist feature and hand grippers or arm-stretching capabilities into one compact tool that allows you to target your chest, back, shoulders, and arms. I feel like I have a compact home gym. I highly recommend getting one of these.

Quick reps.

This is my second purchase… I'm getting this for my nephew, he's into exercising; I exercise and this mechanism is a good tool for building muscle especially when you'll sitting around watching sports! Do some quick reps.
