Pink Adjustable Candle Warmer Lamp with Timer, Mother’s Day Gift Lamp Fits All Jar Candles Home Decor, Fragrance Wax Melter, Birthday Gift for Women

This lamp is so pretty! The nice thing about it is that it's lovely to look at and adds a nice touch to your decor, whether it's lighted or not. The soft glow of the lamp can be enjoyed with or without a candle, and the mood can be set with dimmer or brighter lighting. The fluted, flower-shaped glass shade is a lovely purple , and the base is a deep (faux?) wood. The base is large enough to hold various sizes of candles, and the flower shade can be raised up or down (via the pole) to adjust for the height of your candle. This also ensures that you get the right amount of heat from the light. There's an auto-off feature, which I really appreciate. The directions were pretty hilarious, but other than the safety warnings, they're not really necessary anyway. I don't think this needs to be said, but I'll say it anyway: the candle needs to be in some type of container - a jar, tin, etc, before being placed on the base, and it cannot be lit when placed on the lamp. The lamp comes with two bulbs, one for now and one replacement. The bulb plugs into the shade, and casts a warm glow. The heat slowly melts the candle wax, releasing the scent of your candle and making it last much longer. The lamp plugs into a standard socket, and has a recommended four hour max usage time. There is an in-line controller on the cord, with a power button, 3 timer settings, and buttons to increase or decrease the light and heat of the bulb. I love burning candles, but some people don't like to deal with possible smoke, not to mention the heat, at least during these brutal summer months. With this lamp - which is Nashua elevated tart /melt burner- there are no worries about flames or heat. The gold pole is a nice contrast to the purple flower and dark wood base- I can see this in a variety of decors, or even given as a gift for many occasions .
