Stuck with junk

The chairs were welded incorrectly. They rub on the frame when rocking. We contacted Costway as directed, we submitted photos and video of the issue as requested and cannot get anyone to respond. We are stuck with it. Walmart said they aren't able to help either. DO NOT BUY
