[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been trying to take psyllium husk via the orange flavored powder, but it is so rough drinking the whole cup of goo, and I feel gross every time. These pills are amazing because it is way easier for me to take 2 pills three times a day to equal one giant glass of the drink! Now I can daily get my daily fiber with these easy to take pills!
