Good product but poor packaging.

The bag was exactly what I wanted. However, it was packaged in such a way that it was crushed and misshapen when it arrived. My main complaint is that it could have been shipped in a box or carton to protect it from being crushed. It was not an inexpensive item and deserved better packaging.
