Let warm for 30 minutes and temperature remained level for hour. Placed another thermometer inside and there was only 2 Degree difference. Never have to worry about ambient temperature again. Water tray is the perfect addition.

The Tayapura folding bread proofing box is surprisingly big enough to house my two large 9 X 5 loaf pans! I'm so happy about this. I like making 2 large loaves at a time. It has a pretty homey design and is going to ensure my bread rises to its peak potential. It comes with a small water pan for added moisture and a rack to place the pans on. The remote has adjustable time and temperature. The instructions are very clear. The booklet offers a phone number to call for any questions or help. What a great value for this quality built proofing box!

Works at higher temps

This is easy to operate and folds in an origami fashion. Regarding the water dish, I found it to be too unstable and light. I used a mug instead. The instructions recommend 80F but the bread was not even rising at all. 120F worked. The temperature fluctuates as it's not 100% air tight. 120F reads as 115F. This saved me a lot of time as it keeps the dough at a stable temperature and the water. Took me about 2 hours on the first try. Definitely faster than just letting it sit on the kitchen counter for 4 hours in the wintertime.
