WORKS GREAT-KEEPS ICE FROZEN

I ordered this product because we're boaters, campers, and just bought a houseboat. We spend ALOT of money on ice to fill the coolers. Once ordered, this product arrived within a reasonable amount of time. It came with no exterior damage to the box and was well packed. After anxiously allowing the unit to settle for 24 hours (as recommended), it was time to hook er' up. I must admit, the manual is not well detailed but one can manage there way thru. Also, the company has email, toll free number, web site, and video, very cool and available. I decided to hook my unit thru the 5 gallon water source as I wanted to place this in my pantry. There's a small plaque on the front of the machine that states "in the off position hit the de-ice button for 5 seconds" before powering on. This, I believe engages the water supply. It stumped me at first because I did not do this, make sure you do. I'm super excited to have this product and the ice tray is already starting to fill up. A few months back I purchased a counter top model and returned it because I did not realize it didn't keep the ice frozen. This product does keep it frozen. I may have to purchase one for my houseboat.
