This is a Nice Little Puffer Jacket. I like that the Hood has the elastic around the edge. This will help keep it on the child's head and keep cold air from their head. The color is more of a Periwinkle (Dark Lavender). It's soft and not stiff. The Zipper seems good and it has a cover at the top to prevent it from scratching the child's chin. So I do like that also. I got a size 14-15Yrs. My Grandbaby is 7 and on the thicker side. It fits good but they are made to fit a little snug to keep you warm l. She has room to move around without restraint. Overall, it's well-made. My Grandbaby says it's comfortable and that's what matters. I think it will keep her warm on cold mornings. There was a loose string on it but nothing major. I would recommend it.
