The textured fabric is the standout feature. It looks a bit more polished than a basic oxford, but it's not stiff or scratchy. The material has a nice weight to it, not too thin, and the buttons feel secure. Fit-wise, it runs pretty small. My son is 10 years old, and I chose the size for 11-12 yr old, so he could have room to grow into it. I was disappointed because it was a bit on the smaller side. The sleeves are long enough to roll once or twice.. The collar holds its shape nicely even after washing. We haven't experienced any shrinking, fading, or button issues. The color has held up well. Overall, it's a versatile, well-made shirt.
