i already own one of these pads and I decided to buy another. these are great to keep in the freezer it's ready when I need it. I know it can be used in the microwave but I always need ice cold for my aches. once in a while I over work my muscles just doing everyday stuff. The pad is very versatile. the cold stays cold for a very long time more than one hour. I'm sure it's useful to some people. price is reasonable.

Thermalon heating pad

I bought this for my daughter in law since I've had the same one for many years. The moist heat makes my back feel better! Just microwave it. So easy to use. I do hand wash it overnight to give it a chance to dry.
