First watch ever & I don't regret it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The now brief from watch to phone or phone to watch is amazing! This is my first watch & I have to say, I don't quite understand how ANYONE would go to another consumers watch. This is hands down the absolute best. I'm a stay at home mom & it has helped me to calculate my steps, regulate my heart rate & breathing. BUT best of all, my 9 month old has kept me up, but thanks to my watch calculating my sleep, it has helped me to sleep better. Apparently I sleep like a penguin from lack of sleep. But the watch FE has taken steps to advise how I should fix that. I love everything about this!
