Worth its Keep, Worth its Care.

I really love this blouse;it's a keeper for me. It is a rayon/nylon blend,so it drapes beautifully. It isn't actually pintucked. The pattern of thin vertical ivory stripes is woven in production,like a dobby possibly ,so at first glance it slightly resembles pintucking,which would be stitched.In between those stripes is something resembling mini seersucker or crinkle gauze,,also made in production either with the weaving ,or chemically,or both. The small plastic buttons have that slightly pearly shell like quality, and the blouse is fully button down with a narrow single button cuff on the sleeve,which gives it a better quality look than the no cuff,just elastic cheaper to make look seen so much today. There is a very nice gathering in the back below the single tab neckline. The blouse is just a little high low so the tail is a bit longer than the front. I would wash on cold/ gentle in a laundry bag,and lay flat or hang to dry,then use a steamer. This is because of the rayon and the way the fabric was made. I would say it is absolutely worth the extra care. Very pretty.
