Delivery driver fault /not AOPU fault

I have bought this item and I haven't received it even though it was delivered to a place and customer service was extremely excellent and respectful even though it wasn't there fault and more likely the delivery person fault for delivering at the wrong address but I will consider buying from this place sometime in the future
