My neck used to get so cramped lying flat on my stomach while getting a back rub at home. This attachment slides right under the bed mattress and stays super sturdy. The leather pillow part feels soft on my face and doesn't leave weird deep lines on my forehead. You can tweak the angle with 2 quick levers on the side. the height adjusts pretty easily too so my posture stays aligned. It folds up small enough that I can tuck it under the bed or in a closet when I'm done. Pretty solid build quality for something so lightweight. My partner uses it every time I work on their shoulders.

This is a good item to have for bed massage (or napping face down). It slips in easily under my mattress. I didn't give it 5 stars for two reasons: It's lowest height is still too high for many mattresses. If you have a VERY thick mattress on a base with no foundation, as I do, the height will be fine. If you have a conventional foundation and mattress that together are very thick you'll be fine sliding this items frame under the foundation. If like so many people, your mattress/foundation isn't so thick, the lowest adjustment will not be low enough, causing you to arch your spine if you try to use this face down (their own photos show this). The other thing I would have liked is some way to rest my forearms. Loop your thumbs awkwardly on the frame isn't a comfortable option. You can drag a stool/table/cardboard box up to the bed to rest your forearms on I suppose, but it would have been nice to have something built in.
