Xenoblade Chronicles™ 2 – Nintendo Switch™ 2 Edition

I haven't had an opportunity to get too far into this, but what I have played has been pretty fun! You don't *need* to have played the first to enjoy this one, but if you plan on playing the series as a whole, you should probably get the first one before this. This version includes the Switch 2 upgrade on the cartridge, but it can still be played on Switch 1 if needed. Combat is slightly different from the first title, but it's still fast paced and engaging! I'd recommend looking into the game on your own terms to build your own opinion on it. Overall a fun experience if you're looking for another long JRPG to sink into!

xenoblade chronicles 2 has always been my favorite switch game when it first launced on the switch 1. with the switch 2 upgrade, it was a no brainer. especially when the file size alone is almost 46 GB. so if you want to save space on console get this. as for the game itself, the story is fantastic. combat can be difficult to understand, but when you do it is easily one of the best in this series. personally my favorite. voice acting is hit or miss in SOME cutscenes but for the majority of the game its fine, don't listen to people on X. they also made some qol inprovements, especially to the pull rate on certain blades you can summon.
