Item arrived on time. The collar is designed to fit small or medium dogs. Ours are very small, it's a bit big on her, but works perfect on her. The instructions are simple and straightforward. After charging we tried it out. Haven't had to use the shock setting yet, the vibration setting is perfect for her. (Andi is an unruly, 6 month old Pomeranian). It does have 20 levels for vibration and 20 different levels for shock, there is also a sound mode. I'm really glad we decided on this training collar. It works great. I would definitely recommend.

Great range, great sounds and capabilities. Especially for this price. It goes almost a MILE! And others will charge 4-6 times this amount. The material isn't too flimsy but it also isn't leather. So just be careful with how tight it is and secure it on their neck in the front and use the rubber tips to protect them. It is like a plastic though so without the tips it seems safer than ones I've seen with metal tips. I definitely would recommend this product to any trainer or person trying to do recall training/off leash training, and for the freedom. But as always- have a leash handy. And mind leash laws! Karen's are everywhere. This is definitely a goto for hiking, trails,and more!

Very nice with multiple setting options

I tested this on my own wrist so a dog wasn't the test subject. It has an sound alert as well a vibration setting which i found more then adequate. It also has a mild shock setting which was not as painful as I thought it would be. Very mild. If you find using something like this, this id the one I recommend
