break open the capsules

The B12 drops were too expensive, soI break open these capsules, and put the granules under my tongue, and let them gradually melt. it seems to work pretty good. using them for neuropathy at night along with D3 K2 and magnesium. I just started doing this but my legs feel stronger and I can definitely feel more in one of them. I do like this brand I've gotten ginkgo biloba from them- they've been good, and the least expensive on the Walmart site.

If test results improve, I'll let you know. So far I don't know if it's effective, but it came quickly. It's in a lightweight cast capsule easy to swallow but needs a lot of water because it's actually very light. It was prescribed for a vitamin B12 sort by a neurologist.
