I love this! I have nerve damage in my back and this is suppose to help nerves regenerate. I don't know if it's helping my nerves, but I have a ton of energy…co workers even notice as well as my appearance — I've had more than one person ask if I've had work done. The Nutricost Methycobalamin B12 was one of the best ones I found online by the listed ingredients compared to all the rest. I also ordered the Nutricost L-Methylfolate B9 as they should always be taken together as the B12 will cause a shortage of available B9 which is required for the body to use the B12. Avoid the Cyanocobalamin as when it converts to Methylcobalamin it leaves behind cyanide and can cause neuropathy nerve damage and pain throughout the body and damage to your kidneys. It should be illegal and they don't sell Methylcobalamin in any pharmacies or stores anywhere I have looked. Kinda like Kamut pasta's.

Other brands have Cyanocobalamin which is the synthetic form of B12 and this one is from methylcobalamin which is the natural form and is often considered more bioavailable and beneficial for nerve health. I don't know about anyone else but I personally trust the natural form of something over something that is made to by chemical synthesis to imitate the natural form! I trust this brand and have switched most of my vitamins to this brand!
