Disappointing and uncomfortable

I really wanted to like this neck brace, but unfortunately it just didn't work for me. It's uncomfortable, awkward to wear, and doesn't provide the support I expected. It feels bulky and difficult to adjust properly. I wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't purchase it again.
