Gamexcel 2 Pack Chicken Wire Garden Cloche, 17 in Metal Plant Cages for Seedling Protection and Outdoor Gardens

I love these garden cloches! I have had deer absolutely decimating my plants and was growing very weary of it. I noticed they had chomped off a couple of stalks on my red moreno pepper plant so thought maybe there was a chance to save it since that is all they have eaten of it - so far. We know that can change at their whim if they are really, really hungry. This is a beautiful way to protect your small plants/vegetables. Love that you not only get protection but it is quite lovely to look at. It was a bit too big for my moreno pot but I am trying it and seeing what happens before I transport to a larger pot. I have a cherry tomato plant ready to transplant from my Aerogarden and I am excited to use the 2nd one for that as I did not have any cherry tomatoes survive last year. The deer ate them literally down to the roots. I am crossing my fingers that these cloches do the trick. Love that it opens on the top so I can tend to the planet and harvest the tomatoes. Crossing my fingers and meanwhile really enjoying how it looks in the pot. Would definitely recommend! *Please note that while it looks like silver metal in 2nd picture it is definitely black. I was capturing it in a different light so you could see the beautiful detail.

Where have these been all my life. The chicken wire garden cloches are gonna be great for keeping the squirrels from digging up my flower bulbs this fall/winter, they're already at it. These are perfect size %26 very nice, durable %26 great quality. Received quickly %26 so very happy :)
