I think everyone likes to have their neck and shoulders rubbed. Not everyone has room for a big table. This is a nice compact solution. Didn't even need directions to put it together! Adjustable and comfortable-although I would put a towel or cover on the face cradle iust for added comfort. I love that it has a spot to rest your arms as well. Makes a nice way to nap if you're a stomach sleeper too lol! So far, very happy
