Walmart should honor the $10 discounted fare

I am not returning item; unless something is broken. As a long-time loyal Walmart customer .it's a shame you are unwilling to credit me or give a gift card for the $10 reduced amount. Further, this item was delivered so quickly..it wasn't expected [per my order] until latter part of this week. i find it unfortunate at best that the $10 reduction in price from $199 to $189 happened coincidentally when item appears sent on a rush basis in anticipation of discounting item further. Not great timing %26 certainly not great business ethic.
