the bike definitely goes 50 I really like it I wish I would have got it with bigger tires but it's a good bike to start out on. unfortunately my ECM modular went back so I had to contact the company to see if they'll send me a new one since I have a warranty and then on top of it underneath the throttle where the key goes in and the mode switch goes it broke off it's just cheap plastic which I had it rigged up it's not that big a deal the bigger deals ECM but everything else on it the brakes everything else it's really good bike for a starter bike like I said the biggest thing I just wish I had bigger tires but besides that I was happy with the purchase besides those two things which I'm assuming the company's going to make right otherwise I'm just going to send it back because I bought a warranty with it so it's going to be up to them either fix it replace it or either give me my money back and I'll just buy a different bike with bigger tires on it but I at least wanted to leave a review cuz I'm not disappointed in it I'm just disappointed that two things broke on it so quickly it hasn't even been a month yet and I've only wrote it maybe four times so I am quite disappointed in that but I got faith the company's going to make it right one way or another it's just a headache it happened to deal with it.
