Lipstick evaluation

This lipstick does not stay on. The color is ok but needs the support of another lipstick.

Pretty lipstick... But terrible shipping charges!

$.99 ... A great price on a pretty lipstick. However, the shipping was supposed to be 0 on the Walmart plus app, and this seller charged me $14.97 Shipping! This is ridiculous! i would not have bought it at all if I would have known that!
