This little kettle has been a great addition to my kitchen. First off, it arrived very well packaged in a sturdy, thick box with plenty of protection, so everything arrived in perfect condition with no dents or damage. The kettle itself looks sleek and modern. I really like the black finish and the digital temperature display on the front. The real-time temperature readout is easy to see, and the 7 temperature presets are convenient whether I'm making tea, coffee, hot cocoa, or just need hot water quickly. It heats water surprisingly fast with its 1200W power, and the 1-liter size is perfect for everyday use without taking up much counter space. The keep-warm feature is handy, and I appreciate the automatic shut-off and safety features. As someone who can get distracted and wander off to do “just one quick thing” that somehow turns into 20 minutes, it's nice knowing the kettle helps look out for me. My only complaint is the power cord. It seems like every appliance these days comes with a shorter cord, and this one is no exception. It works fine, but it does limit where I can place it unless I use an extension cord. Other than that, I really like everything about it. It looks nice, works well, heats quickly, and has useful features without being complicated. If you're looking for a compact electric kettle with temperature controls and a modern design, this one is definitely worth considering.
