Tupperware Freeze and Go Plastic Round Food Container, Wild Mulberry

Quality product

I recently received the Tupperware Freeze and Go product. I'm very happy with the product BUT NOT HAPPY WITH WALMART HANDLING OF MY ORDER. before ordering I checked on the unit price and was told by the AI assistant that two tubs are included with the price, so I ordered. received order within a week. ONLY HALF THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED. I went back on live and after going back and forth with the AI Assistant, they informed me I needed to call customer service and provided a phone number. I called and was assisted by yet another AI assistant confirmed two tubs should have shipped instead of one tub. I was connected to a real person named Mario who was very pleasant and professional. He confirmed I should have received two tubs not one. He told me for my inconvenience, I can keep my half-order and he would issue a full credit. Sometime later that evening I received a text message telling me I'm not getting a credit, and I should return the half order. At this point I was not about to spend any more time for $13.50. I Already spent over an hour trying to get the rest of my order. In summary, WALMART would not ship the balance of my order even though they messed up the order. After wasting over an hour of my time and getting three confirmations that they shorted me, I now need to find a local return facility and send the item back. We are talking about a $13.50 item. HOW CHEAP CAN YOU GET. I will NEVER SHOPP at another Walmart either in person or online again. Thank you for nothing and telling me time isn't worth anything. Vert dissatisfied customer.
