A great bike! Mine shipped from California to Michigan in 7 days. It showed up in good shape. Assembly was a slight challenge but I did it and everything was good. I'm surprised the brakes and shifting was all adjusted correctly. It's plenty fast. On level 2 (out of 5) it likes to go 17.4 MPH which is fast enough for me. After a couple fairly long rides it looks like me @ 175 pounds can get 45 miles or so per charge even being lazy and not doing much peddling. The only thing I really need for it is a tail light for night riding. The Eskute Ebike Owner Group on FB is a good source of support.
